Boxer

Boxers originated in Germany and were bred to be used as hunting dogs. They have a very strong muzzle ideal for holding onto prey. Boxers were first used in dog shows as St. Bernards instead of as a Boxer.  The head is the most distinctive part of the Boxer. Their average liter size is 6-8 pups and they usually live 9-10 years.
